This Course covers the all important skills you need to keep you and your water friends and family safe!

• Learn Essential first aid skills 
• Learn how to identify Safe swim Venues, ie undercurrants, eddies,  rip tides, pollution hotspots, Algae
•  Learn How to Test water quality and Kit that you need
• Identify Safe Swim Venues to suit your abilties
• How to Protect your Health and those who swim with you
• Learn how to identify All water Hazzards and Pollution 
• Know when to swim and When to to Walk away

I feel this Course is a Must to all that Enter Open Water, weather you be New to the Sport or a regulaur swimmer. 

Equipment to bring:

• Costume
• Towel
• Goggles
• Hat
• Water Shoes
• Tow Float (included)
• Wet Suit
• Wet Suits £5 hire fee.
• Drink Bottle and Warm Clothes for after swim
• Warm Kit to be worn with swim costume underneath  - DO NOT WEAR WETSUIT UNTIL SWIM
